Artist Agreement for TeeRaiders Submissions:

By submitting your design to TeeRaiders to be printed, you are agreeing to the following:

Upon submitting design, Artist agrees to give license to TeeRaiders for 72 hours to sell the design on website, and grants TeeRaiders a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your design, including but not limited to promoting and redistributing part or all of the Artist Submission (and derivative works thereof) in any media now known or hereafter developed. Artist retains all rights to design and will be compensated for sales during this period. TeeRaiders is not required to sell designs that have been submitted, and will contact Artist via email if their design has been chosen. By choosing this design, TeeRaiders cannot guarantee any number of sales for the Artist. TeeRaiders also reserves the right to reverse their decision of printing the Artist's design at any time. Designs that have been submitted to TeeRaiders may be kept in a queue to be printed at a later time, and Artist will not receive notification unless the design is chosen to be printed. TeeRaiders reserves the right to display your design, username, or actual name that was submitted in this agreement on the website for as long as the site is running.

By submitting the Artist Submission, the Artist represent and warrant that: you own or control the rights necessary to enter into this Agreement; there is no legal impediment of any kind known to you which conflicts with this Agreement or might limit, restrict or impair the rights assigned or granted to TeeRaiders; the design is your original product, in the public domain, or otherwise owned or controlled by you; and the design does not violate any law or infringe upon any intellectual property right, right of privacy or publicity or other proprietary right of any third party

By submitting this agreement, Artist agrees to indemnify TeeRaiders against any and all claims related to Artist submission. Specifically, Artist agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TeeRaiders, and any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner, or operator of TeeRaiders, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) arising from: (i) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right; or (ii) any claim that one of your Artist Submissions caused damage to a third party.)

TeeRaiders will only print the number of products sold in the 72 hour period, in addition to one print for our archives and the standard 3% extra in case of misprints. Excess prints that may be sold on site. Artist will be compensated $1 per sale of each t-shirt/poster and $1.50 per sale of each hoodie both online and on site. In addition artist will receive a free print of their design. If Artist sells under the minimum number of shirts needed to print, artist will receive a $20.00 minimum guaranteed. TeeRaiders reserves the right to remove Artist's design without any prior notice if TeeRaiders is informed it inflicts upon any third party copyright infringement. After the duration of the sale of Artist's design, Artist will receive a W9 form to be completed* for government purposes. Payment will be sent via PayPal three to five (3-5) days after TeeRaiders have received the completed W9 form.

*Applies to U.S. Artists who have earned over $600 in sales.
