Who's your favorite Hunger Games character?

Cinna! He risks so much and is a major part of Katniss' success and transformation into the Mockingjay!

What District would you belong to?

Based on my skillset, probably 1 because of my design tendencies. Graphic design would probably be considered a luxury. But based on personality, I'd identify with 13.
